Your Tax Season Checklist

Everything we need from you to file your return on time, in one checklist.

Tax season goes smoothly when we have everything by February 28. Use this checklist and upload each document to your Tax Documents folder.

Income

  • W-2 forms from every employer
  • 1099 forms (1099-NEC, 1099-K, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV)
  • Records of any other income, such as rent

Deductions and credits

  • Mortgage interest statement (Form 1098)
  • Charitable donation receipts
  • Health insurance forms (1095-A, B or C)
  • Childcare costs and the provider's tax ID
